Step 1 : Download and install Nimbuzz mobile at Nimbuzz Website. Follow the instructions and complete the installation. Step 2 : Run Nimbuzz for the first time. Create an new account or sign in if you've registered.  
Step 3 : Key in the necessary information and complete the registration. 
Step 4 : Once you've successfully sign in, go to 'Call' tab and click on NimbuzzOut (VoIP) 
Step 5 : Change VoIP provider from 'NimbuzzOut' to 'SIP'.  
Step 6 : Click 'Option' and select 'Manage SIP account'. 
Step 7 : Scroll down the SIP providers list and select 'Other' for other SIP account. 
Step 8 : Key in your Voip number and line password, along with the Proxy Server. Click 'Save' and wait for confirmation message.
Username : your SIP username (Phoneline)
Password : your SIP password (Phoneline Password)
Proxy server : sip.mywebfon.com
 
Step 9 : You may now dial number by entering the destination number or simply select a contact from your phone list. Enjoy the lowest VoIP call rate to anywhere.
